ISLAMABAD: Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan on Monday for an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between the two countries.
During her visit, Anand is expected to hold talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and other senior Pakistani officials. Discussions are likely to focus on trade and investment, regional and global security, climate cooperation, development partnerships, and strengthening people-to-people ties.
The visit reflects the continued diplomatic engagement between Pakistan and Canada, which maintain longstanding relations across political, economic, educational, and cultural sectors.
