Pakistani security forces have reportedly launched a strong retaliatory response against Afghan Taliban positions along the border.
According to security sources, Mateen Thana, Pasta Thana and Almarjan Thana were destroyed, while Sartashan Thana was directly hit.
The sources claim that more than 30 Taliban fighters were killed, an armoured personnel carrier was destroyed, and several Taliban personnel fled their positions.
The reported clashes come amid heightened tensions and repeated exchanges of fire along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.
