The Supreme Court has accepted a chamber appeal filed by the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and directed that the matter be fixed before a regular bench for further proceedings.
According to available information, the chamber appeal was considered by the apex court, which decided that the case requires hearing before a larger bench to examine the legal issues involved. The order paves the way for the matter to proceed through the court’s regular judicial process.
The Supreme Court has not issued a ruling on the merits of the case at this stage. Instead, it has instructed the relevant office to schedule the matter before an appropriate bench for hearing in accordance with the law.
Further proceedings will take place once the case is formally listed before the bench.
