According to the report, continued defence exports could expose governments and companies to legal and reputational risks if they are found to have contributed to violations of international humanitarian law. India has not publicly announced a suspension of its defence exports to Israel. Meanwhile, Israeli authorities continue to reject allegations of genocide, stating that their military operations are aimed at national security and are carried out in self-defence following attacks by Hamas.
