Good Governance Is Essential for Pakistan’s Security, Says DG ISPR

Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has emphasized that good governance is a key pillar of Pakistan’s long-term security and stability.

Speaking at an event, the DG ISPR said that national security extends beyond military preparedness and also depends on effective governance, economic development, institutional strength, and public welfare. He stressed that ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficient public service delivery contributes to a more secure and resilient Pakistan.

The DG ISPR also highlighted the importance of unity, cooperation among state institutions, and public trust in strengthening the country’s overall stability. He noted that sustainable progress requires collective efforts from all stakeholders.
